TERMS AND POLICIES
MuraDeal guarantee its members/buyers that their purchases are of the maximum quality, but we accept Replacements and or Returns/Refund of item(s) ordered from us, for item(s) that are under our 7-Day Replacement Warranty applicable on most our products, for the following causes enumerated below.
- Damaged or defective item delivered – If you received an item that appears to be damaged in transit, you have to refuse to accept the product(s) from the courier. If the item does not function as described on the products specification, kindly send us an email immediately. We encourage our member to inspect the item immediately upon receipt of the order.
- Incorrect shipping (i.e., wrong item, wrong variant or model, wrong size, etc…)
- Incomplete package (as indicated in the product page)
- Mismatched item description versus the item delivered
- Authenticity – All items advertised and sold in MuraDeal are guaranteed to be 100% authentic (unless specified), brand new, and of high quality by our suppliers and manufacturers. Should you feel or believe that the item you purchased from us is not of full authenticity, please report it to us and we will investigate with our partner supplier and manufacturer. If proven, please return it to us within 7 days upon receipt of the item. We will issue a full refund of your payment.
If the claim falls after the 7-Day Replacement Warranty period, MuraDeal reserves the right not to issue a refund or replacement.
- We require to get back the applicable product first , the issued receipt, as well as photos of the applicable product(s) for evaluation.
- Please note that purchased product under “FLASH DEALS” is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be amended or modified.
- Clothing such as swimwear, lingerie, and underwear cannot be replaced for hygienic reasons.
- Dietary supplements that have been opened by you such as Whey supplements, herbal supplements, multivitamins and other similar supplements cannot be replaced for safety purposes.
Replacement process begins after we have completed evaluating the returned product. This quality evaluation may take about 2-3 business days. For electronic products, our supplier may do the evaluation. We will send you an email or SMS notification once completed. You may receive the replacement of your product within the normal delivery period.
Should you encounter any of the listed details above, please send us an email requesting for replacement. The email has to be sent within twenty (24) hours upon receipt of the item ordered. We would be glad to assist you via our email at email@example.com.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
MuraDeal strive to safeguard that product descriptions and attachments are correct, that’s why for these reasons, returns cannot be accepted:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase are non-refundable
- Vouchers not redeemed within the validity of the deal.
- Items that are not within the warranty period
- Replace with another item or the same item
- Item not in original packing condition or lacking accessories (as enumerated in the deal page)
- Clothing such as swimwear, lingerie, and underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- For Travel deals, voucher/s not reserved within the booking period.
- Defect / damage due to customer misuse, unauthorized repair or products tampering.
- Wrong input of details upon purchase such as redemption method, delivery details, quantity, payment option, color, design, size, and branch.
- Concerns not reported within 7 days.
- Return should be made within 7 days upon receipt of the item.
- Item must be in the same condition when you received it, and return in the original packaging along with all the accessories and/or any free gifts.
How to Return
- Report a defective product to our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Pack the item(s) with complete accessories and send it back to us.
- We will evaluate and start to process the returned item upon receipt of the damaged product.
As long as your order hasn’t been accepted by MuraDeal, you can cancel the order and you won’t be charged. But if the order was accepted by our system already, has paid the order amount, shipped the applicable product(s) and you chose to cancel, your order will not be qualified for a refund and or cancellation.
- We will only refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of products.
- We offer full refund if we haven’t shipped the purchased product(s) yet. Applicable minimal bank fees for processing your refund will be shouldered by the buyer, which will be deducted to the total amount paid.
- In accordance to our Terms and Conditions, cancellation will not be applicable on all confirmed orders under “Flash Deals”.
For all imported products, return/replacement and manufacturer service options may not be available; Warranty may not be valid also. However, a refund can be process once approved.
- Always refer to the warranty indicated in the product’s description on the website, not what’s in the box upon purchase.
- The date of purchase is considered as the first day of warranty claim.
- Warranty do not apply to supplement products, multivitamins and all other dietary supplements that have been opened.
- Warranty do not apply to swimwear, lingerie, and underwear.
- Original receipt is required when claiming for a warranty. No receipt, no warranty policy.
MuraDeal do not reissue a receipt; it is the customer’s duty to store this form in a safe place.
